TOTAL TRUST is a professional service provider that specializes in Inspection / Surveying, Technical Advisory, Asset Management, and Assurance Solutions within our Marine & Offshore activities to support maritime industries. Each service shall be performed independently to ensure the effective implementation of IMO Marine & Offshore regulated instruments. We are mainly known for our innovation, practical experience, operational excellence, safety and environmental protection. Headquartered in Singapore, the company operates over 3 offices located in Asia. 

In pursuing these objectives, we promise to improve the safety and quality operation of flagged vessels to eliminate or identify problems or substandard conditions before they reach a critical level. Thus, directly contributing to the registry’s goals and responsibility for maritime safety and security of flagged vessels, their crews, passengers, and cargo, as well as protection of the marine environment. We also perform the provision of specialist technical services for the investigation and resolution of major maritime accidents, casualties as marine & engineering consultancy. 

Founder’s Profile

Young Innovative Company, founded by U T. Htut, who has over 25 years(onshore) with a strong educational and experience background in the maritime & offshore industry, such as “Deputy Commissioner of Maritime Affairs, Flag State Specialist / Inspector / Investigator / Lead Auditor” for 

3 Years, at RMI Flag Administration. He expertly performed on all aspects of marine / offshore inspection, surveying, integrated auditing including assessing the performance of the Recognized Organizations (ROs) and Recognized Security Organizations (RSOs). Htut's previous work as “Project Manager, IACS Senior Marine Surveyor,  Qualified Lead Auditor(Marine Management Systems), Qualified Lead Inspector(MLC) & IRCA Registered ISO 9001/1400 Qualified Lead Auditor” for 8 years at Bureau Veritas Classification has given him ample experience in the challenges associated with the development and implementation of marine surveying and marine management system auditing. 

As an inspector / auditor, he has performed on all aspects of marine / offshore transportation, engineering, construction, for inspection/surveying, ISM/ISPS/MLC & ISO.. integrated auditing which includes the planning, design, and successful execution of high value / high-risk complex marine operations and training activities. He also has excellent technical, management, and communication skills as demonstrated by his successful experience in ship management as 

"Senior Marine Technical Superintendent" for 10 years, and "Lead Internal Auditor" for 2 years at Thoresen Groups worldwide (Norwegian Asia Line) and also as “Marine Technical Superintendent (New Vessel Building)” for 2 Years at Shina Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. South Korea, to build two new vessels (General Cargo) for Andhika Ship Management Pte Ltd Singapore. This background, combined with his many years seagoing "Marine Engineer" experience, has given him an understanding of maritime & offshore industrial that would be particularly valuable.
